6. Proper sleep
Lack of proper sleep has been shown to increase sugar levels in the body. So, it is important to get a healthy 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Mid – day naps should also be avoided.

6. नींद हमें स्वस्थ रखने में बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है इसलिए कम से कम 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद लें
